HOT DISHES Beef Lasagne –Finest Scottish minced beef prepared to our own special recipe, layered with pasta and béchamel sauce. Baked and finished with Scottish cheddar cheese.
Vegetable Lasagne - Whether you are vegetarian or not this dish is enjoyed by all. We use a selection of in season fresh vegetables combined with a rich tomato sauce, layered with pasta and béchamel sauce. Baked and finished with Scottish cheddar cheese.
Chicken & Broccoli Bake – A delicate combination of cooked chicken, fresh roccoli florets in a rich chicken sauce, topped with breadcrumbs and Scottish cheddar.
Chicken Curry – A mild fruity curry of our own special recipe which has been tried and tested over many years (a proven winner!)
Beef Casserole – A very rich blend of finest Scottish beef and fresh vegetables braised together in a red wine sauce. This casserole has proved to be a popular dish in our coffee shop and makes an ideal alternative supper dish.
Chilli con Carne – We use only Scottish minced beef for this dish made to our own special recipe, this dish is spicy but not too hot.
Luxury Fish Pie - A combination of salmon, haddock, prawns and smoked haddock in a light cheesy sauce topped with mashed potatoes and finished with grated scottish cheddar cheese.

Victoria Sponge (A light fluffy sponge filled with jam and butter icing)
Lemon Drizzle (Made with fresh lemons and filled with freshly made lemon curd, this cake is one of our most popular choices)
Coffee & Walnut (A light sponge with a rich coffee flavour, filled and topped with coffee butter icing and finished with whole walnuts)
Caramel & Banana (This unusual cake has a taste all to its own and the soft tablet topping makes it a must ‘warm with ice cream’)
Rich Chocolate (Although rich, this cake is very light too, with a rich butter icing filling and topped with a chocolate fudge icing)
Pear Hazelnut & Chocolate (If you want to impress your guests this cake usually does it, rich and unusual with all the title’s flavours coming through)
Fresh Cream Fruit Pavlova (8-10 or 12-14 servings) (Our own home made Pavlova, topped with whipped fresh cream and fresh fruit of your choice)
Carrot Cake (Our own special recipe, this cake is traditional but lovely and moist)
Chocolate Brownie (A favourite with young and old, our own unique recipe and topped with a chocolate fudge icing)
Zesty Lemon Cheesecake Our own twist on this refreshingly light cheesecake makes an ideal dessert
Baileys White Chocolate Torte Another impressive way to finish any meal, this delicious dessert is made with cream, baileys irish cream and white chocolate
All our cakes as described are approximately 9” round and give 10-12 generous portions.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our dishes, which are made on the premises, thus ensuring that the quality is maintained throughout.
We can of course offer any other combination of menu to suit the occasion, so please ask for a tailor made quotation if required.
